Katherine Elizabeth “Beth” Farnam, 40, of Benton, lost her battle with Ovarian Cancer on May 13, 2012. She passed away at her home surrounded by her family and friends. Beth was born November 20, 1971 in Little Rock to Michael and Marilyn Cruce Pollock. She graduated from J.A. Fair High School in 1990.

Beth was employed as an Administrative assistant for Dillards for the last 18 years. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, going to the lake, beach, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Beth was a strong and positive person that never complained about her condition. Her time here was a blessing to everyone that knew her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Pollock.

Survivors, husband, Jay Farnam, daughter, Paige Farnam both of Benton, mother, Marilyn Nuckols and husband, Virgil of Little Rock, brother, Brett Pollock and wife, Melissa of Benton and grandfather, C.B. Pollock.

Memorial Services by Ashby Funeral Home will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Ashby Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Patton officiating.

Visitation will be Friday, 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at 3780 Steel Bridge Road at her home.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American cancer Society or to Arkansas Hospice.
